The Ankle Fracture Management System was developed to be the most comprehensive set available for the treatment of ankle fractures. All fibula plates are engineered to work seamlessly with our proven Syndesmosis TightRope® implants.
The set includes:

Stainless Steel Ankle Fracture System

Each plate is designed for use with the Syndesmosis TightRope® XP implant and includes a compression hole in the proximal shaft of the plate. The distal fibular plate also includes 3.0 mm variable-angle locking screws distally and suture eyelets for the addition of the AITFL InternalBrace™ ligament augmentation procedure.
 
The InternalBrace surgical technique is intended only to augment the primary repair/reconstruction by expanding the area of tissue approximation during the healing period and is not intended as a replacement for the native ligament. The InternalBrace technique is for use during soft tissue-to-bone fixation procedures and is not cleared for bone-to-bone fixation.&nbsp;

Titanium Ankle Fracture System

The FibuLock fibular nail is a cutting-edge, biologically friendly treatment for ankle fractures. It is inserted into the fibula through a small incision and acts like an internal splint to stabilize the fracture during healing. This minimally invasive technique may reduce wound complications often associated with standard open reduction internal fixation (ORIF) plating techniques.1 The proximal talons allow for stable fixation to restore length, alignment, and rotation. The FibuLock nail is the only system on the market with this capability.

FibuLock® Fibular Nail System 

The Mini Fragment System (or “Mini Frag”) is designed to aid in the reduction and fixation of small and long bone trauma injuries. The tray modularity offers screw and plate options in 2.0 mm, 2.4 mm, and 2.7 mm sizes. With a wide array of plates to fit a multitude of trauma needs, the Mini Fragment System is a keystone addition to the Arthrex Trauma portfolio.

Indications
The Mini Fragment System is indicated for fracture fixation, reconstruction, replantation, stabilization, reduction, fusions, osteotomies, malunions, and nonunions of small bones and small bone fragments including normal and osteopenic bones in adult and adolescent (12-21 years) patients. The system is also indicated for non-load-bearing stabilization and reduction of bone fragments in long bones.

Mini Fragment System

The Syndesmosis TightRope XP implant system features a unique delivery mechanism that allows surgeons to insert the implant without pulling a needle through the medial skin. Tensioning handles and a new trocar-tipped drill bit have been added to the implant system, which is available in stainless steel and titanium.
 
Advantages of the Syndesmosis TightRope implant system:
• Improved reduction when compared to syndesmosis screws1
• Improved maintenance of reduction when compared to syndesmosis screws2
• No need for routine implant removal
• Supports early weightbearing and accelerated rehabilitation1

Syndesmosis TightRope® XP Implant System

The Syndesmosis TightRope® XP implant system features a unique delivery mechanism that allows surgeons to insert the implant without pulling a needle through the medial skin.

KreuLock locking compression screws combine the same proven technology found in our Headless Compression FT screws with a locking screw head to provide compression along the screw for treatment of fractures or fusions. Additionally, they are designed to bring the plate to bone.

Retrograde Femoral Nail System

The Arthrex trochanteric nail is a next-generation hip nail that addresses the remaining shortcomings of current systems and consists of three nail types—short nail, long nail, and the innovative ES nail.
Telescoping Lag Screw—Self-contained collapse within the lag screw prevents lateral lag screw irritation.
ES Nail Option—Combines the mechanical advantages of a long nail with the ease of a short nail. It extends through the isthmus of the bone, which can reduce distal-tip stress risers, potential “pendulum” effects, and risks of periprosthetic fractures associated with short nails.1 The ES hole is easily targeted through the nail jig.
Biological Augmentation—Allows for the delivery of orthobiologics (BoneSync™ cement, autologous blood products, AlloSync Pure™, etc) through the lag screw instrumentation, prior to final screw seating.
Advanced Instrumentation—Designed to reduce surgical pain points and facilitate surgical workflow.

The Arthrex Tibial Nail System is designed to provide intramedullary fixation for various types of fractures, malunions, and nonunions of the tibia. A single instrumentation tray provides the tools for a parapatellar or suprapatellar approach. The distal screw configuration is the most distal, locked cluster of screws available on the market today. It maximizes the working length of the nail, allowing surgeons to treat extremely proximal or distal fracture patterns.
The Tibial Nail System features the following:

 <li>Most distal, locked screw cluster on the market: Three distal screws at 5 mm, 13 mm, and 21 mm from the end of the nail</li>
 <li>Three proximal screw options, including a dynamic slot for compression or static positioning</li>
 <li>Threaded screw holes to maintain screw position in the 2 proximal static holes and the distal AP hole</li>
 <li>Up to 8 mm intraoperative or postoperative compression</li>

The Arthrex Humeral Nail System provides two distinct options for humeral nailing. The short nail is designed to quickly and efficiently treat proximal third humeral fractures and features a self-reaming trocar tip to further reduce operative time and four screw options proximally. The long nail has three proximal screw options and is available in diameters of 7 mm, 8 mm, and 9 mm with lengths from 20 cm to 30 cm. An internal compression screw in the long nail aids in fracture reduction and compression. Each nail includes screws that thread into the nail to prevent screw backout and create a locking construct for added stability. Simplified instrumentation helps make the process efficient and repeatable.

Humeral Nail System

The Arthrex Humeral Plating System is a comprehensive solution for proximal humerus fracture management. Three plate options include a 95° greater tuberosity buttressing plate, a 130° PHP to limit subacromial impingement, and the anatomically designed ALPHA plate to preserve the deltoid insertion point. All plates accept 4.0 partial and fully threaded locking screws and 3.5 locking and nonlocking screws distally in the shaft. Color-coded instrumentation and a simplified tray layout allow quick and repeatable fixation of all types of fracture patterns.

The Clavicle Plate and Screw System is a comprehensive set of plates, screws, and instruments designed to treat midshaft and distal clavicle fractures. The stainless steel plates are low profile and precontoured with locking and nonlocking screw options in each plate. Secondary fixation to the coracoid is achieved through the plate using AC TightRope® implant technology, particularly the AC Dog Bone™ button.
The Knotless Distal Clavicle Plate Button TightRope implant is designed to be used in conjunction with any Arthrex distal clavicle plate and gives the surgeon knotless coracoid ﬁxation to help stabilize distal clavicle fractures.

To address various types of patella fractures, the Patella SuturePlate™ II system offers three types of plates in different sizes. All plates are made of titanium and have a low-profile thickness of 1.6 mm with screws sitting flush on the plate. Suture holes in the plate can be optionally used for soft-tissue reattachment or ligament bracing.

The Titanium Wrist Plating System is designed for fixation of intra-articular and extra-articular fractures, osteotomies, and nonunions and malunions of the distal radius. The titanium volar plates are available in a wide array of sizes (narrow, standard, and wide) and in multiple shaft lengths. A variety of screw fixation options, aiming guides, and instrumentation allows for customization according to surgeon preference and fracture complexity. The Titanium Wrist Plating System was developed to provide the answer to your distal fixation repairs.

Proximal Tibial Fracture

The Arthrex Pilon Fusion System is an expansion to the Arthrex Ankle Fusion Plating System that adds to the Arthrex portfolio for the following procedures:
<ul>
 <li>Distal tibia fractures that require fracture reduction and primary ankle arthrodesis</li>
 <li>Primary ankle fusions that necessitate additional screw options or plate lengths</li>
 <li>Revision ankle arthrodesis for failed primary fusions, hindfoot nails, or total ankle replacement</li>
</ul>
 
Severe damage to the tibiotalar (TT) joint often results in posttraumatic arthritis, pain, stiffness, and nonunions that require secondary surgeries. The Pilon Fusion System provides another option to address these severe scenarios with primary TT arthrodesis of the articular surface to potentially avoid additional surgery and chronic pain.
 
Anterolateral and posterior approaches, depending on the fracture pattern and/or soft-tissue condition, allow for fracture management, lengthy bridging techniques, anatomic implants, and fracture-specific locking configurations.

Pilon Fusion Plating System

The Arthrex Ankle Fusion Plating System provides a complete solution for ankle fusion with a comprehensive offering of contoured titanium plates for both tibiotalar (TT) and tibiotalocalcaneal (TTC) arthrodeses.
 
The ankle fusion set includes anterior and lateral TT fusion plates along with posterior and lateral TTC fusion plates that allow for a variety of screw options, including 4.5 mm and 5.5 mm cortical and cancellous screws. Specific instrumentation designed to prepare the fusion sites is included in one comprehensive system.

Ankle Fusion System

The DualCompression hindfoot fusion nail is intended to facilitate tibiotalocalcaneal arthrodesis to treat severe foot/ankle deformity, arthritis, instability, and skeletal defects. The superelastic nitinol inner core of the nail provides sustained compression across both joints when instrumentation is removed during bone resorption or joint settling.
